Our balanced approach to cultivating human resources encompasses providing training programs for all Group employees while offering self-improvement opportunities and specialized training. Our goal is to enhance individual capabilities beyond immediate business requirements.
Internal and External Training Programs
We offer extensive training programs in Japan and abroad, including at other companies, universities, and research institutes.
Our internal training system enables employees to gain experience at various Group companies. The Global Consulting H.Q. of Oriental Consultants Co., Ltd., also provides training at Group sites overseas, including in Indonesia, Thailand, Macedonia, and Mongolia. Under our external training program, we send employees to other companies, universities, and research institutes to acquire specialist knowledge and skills. Young employees and executives alike can participate in the program according to their career needs.
While training, employees can get broad work experience by engaging in tasks with local project managers.
